THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1473 2022 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 30.04.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.11952 of 2021. On 06.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The counter affidavit filed by respondent No.1 shows that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the representations of the petitioner were considered and the authority concerned issued speaking orders vide No.G1/CC/1473/MBNR/2021, dated 04.10.2022 and the same was received by the petitioner.

Recording the above made submission, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
