In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 seeks to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.40 of 2013 on the file of II Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 read with Rule 6(1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2006. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, Mrs.P.Lakshmikala, learned counsel representing Mr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petition has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as such.

In view of the above submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
