THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.4554 of 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner appears to have submitted an Appeal to the Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer of the respondent Corporation at Nalgonda, on 14-03-2014 against the orders of his termination dated 04-02-2014 imposed by the Depot Manager, Nalgonda. It is the claim of the petitioner that the said Appeal has not been disposed of yet. If that be so, the 3rd respondent Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer, Nalgonda, is directed to deal with the Appeal of the petitioner on merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order duly providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
