This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not passing orders on the appeal dated 04.09.2017 filed by the petitioner against the order of removal in VIG/HYD/MVG/313, dated 25.07.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.S.Prasad, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
