THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.23012 OF 2016 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in constituting Watershed Committee for Errakotapalli village, Kalakada Mandal of Chittoor District.

2 A perusal of the record reveals that the fourth respondent issued notice on 13.4.2015, 23.4.2015, 02.7.2015 and 07.7.2015 for constitution of Watershed Committee for Errakotapalli village. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are postponing constitution of Watershed Committee of the said village on one pretext or the other.

4 The only grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not constituting the Committee for the reasons best known to them.

5 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are hereby directed to constitute Watershed Committee for Errakotapalli village, Kalakada Mandal of Chittoor District within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

6 With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
