ORDER
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents herein in interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of lands of Acs.26.68 cents in R.S.Nos.643/23, 643/7. 643/8, 643/25, 643/12A and 643/26B situated at Pothunuru Village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.83 A.H.D.D. and F (Fish-II) Dept., dated 12.09.2007 r/w G.O.Ms.No.18 by A.H.,D.D. and F (Fish-II) Department dated 26.03.2008 and consequently declare that the petitioners have deemed permission pursuant to the application dated 28.08.2009 for converting the petitioner's lands into fish tanks and pass such other order or orders".

At the hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, respondents have accorded permission as sought for by petitioner.

In paragraph No.5 of the counter filed by respondent No.1, it is specifically mentioned that the petitioner's application for conversion of his lands into fish tanks was considered and permission was accorded to him vide FROCO11700009839 dated 30.03.2017. 4.
In view of the redressal of grievance of petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
