This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 09.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.482 of 2017 in O.S.No.1588 of 2009 on the file of the Court of IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.
