Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is no more and as he could not trace the legal representatives of the writ petitioner, he is not pressing the same. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, leaving it open to the legal representatives of the writ petitioner to avail the remedies available under the law, if they are entitled to in the subject matter of the writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
