HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.23715 OF 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Bank. The main relief in this writ petition is complaining the action on the part of the respondent-Bank in not allowing the petitioner to appear for interview to the post of attender (sub-staff) scheduled to be held on 05.11.2009 along with other candidates being sponsored by the Employment Exchange as illegal and arbitrary and further to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner for interview to the post of Attender (sub-staff) without insisting that the name of the petitioner should be sponsored by the Employment Exchange. This Court by passing interim order dated 03.11.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.30790 of 2009, directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for the interview to be held on 05.11.

2009 in the office of the 2nd respondent, without insisting his name being sponsored by the Employment Exchange, along with other eligible candidates for selection and appointment to the post of Attender (sub-staff). Inasmuch as, the main relief itself stands granted by virtue of interim order, nothing remains in this writ petition to pass further orders.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
