Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Sri V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for 6th respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had submitted representations on 26-11-2016 and 24-10-2016 to the 2nd respondent for restoration of land and for corrections of entries in the revenue records for the subject land under the provisions of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation, 1959 as amended by Regulation 1 of 1970, and 2nd respondent is not taking any action thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representations within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to 6th respondent and communicate his decision to both petitioner and 6th respondent. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dt.26-11-2016 and 24-10-2016 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to 6th respondent and communicate his decision to both petitioner and 6th respondent. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
