The petitioner Bank is given liberty to approach the 1st respondent by enclosing a copy of this order and the 1st respondent is directed to provide necessary assistance to Advocate Commissioner for enforcing or implementing the order in Criminal M.P.No.19 of 2014.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
