This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for willful violation of the status quo order dated 31.03.2016 passed in C.M.A.M.P.No.505 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.261 of 2016. In view of the orders in C.M.A.No.261 of 2016, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
