This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 22.06.2017 in I.A.No.775 of 2015 in O.S.No.205 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Khammam.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
