THE HON'BLE THE ACTI NG CHI EF JUSTI CE RAMESH RANGANATHAN & THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI W RI T APPEAL No.7 2 6 of 2 0 1 7 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The sole submission urged by Sri S. Niranjan Reddy is that, since the contract has already been entrusted to the seventh respondent three months ago, no useful purpose would be served in the appellants prosecuting this appeal, and it would suffice if this Court were to consider setting aside that part of the order of the learned single Judge whereby costs of Rs.25,000/ - was imposed on the appellants-writ petitioners.

Sri B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondent No.1, Sri M. Govind Reddy, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, appearing for respondent No.6, Sri K. Venkat Rao, learned counsel, appearing for respondents 2 to 5 and Sri T. Balamohan Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.7, agree that such an order be passed. As all counsel are in agreement, the order under appeal, to the limited extent costs of Rs.25,000/ - (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) was imposed, is set aside.

The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
