This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., challenging the order, dated 23.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.879 of 2016 in M.C.No.159 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Family Court-cum-IV Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order filed by the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
