HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.9600 of 2009 ORDER:

Sri G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel appearing for petitioners, would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive as the agency appointed under the impugned notification is not carrying on the inspection by I.R.S. (Indian Register of Shipping), and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
