Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition was instituted when no notice was issued to the petitioners. Subsequently notice is issued, which is challenged in W.P.No.24479 of 2009 and, therefore, the writ petition becomes infructuous.
2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
