HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.7912 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No.7513 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in C.C.No.583 of 2014 on the file of the VI Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable u/ secs.120-B, 208,209,209,384,418,420,423,427,451,467,468 and 506 IPC, on the complaint of defacto-complainant/ 2nd respondent. The defacto-complainant and the petitioners present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court to purchase peace and vide Crl.P.M.P.No.7512 of 2017 sought permission to compromise and record the same and therefrom to quash the proceedings and accordingly permission is granted.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.No.7512 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.583 of 2014 on the file of the VI Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
