CVNR,J & JUD,J W.P.No.17350 of 2017 01.06.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issuing a Habeas Corpus for directing production of the detenu.

In his counter-affidavit, respondent No.4 has averred that the alleged detenus were arrested on 26.05.2017 at 3.45 hours near Sai Baba temple, Sai Baba Colony, Musunur Village, Kavali Mandal, in connection with Crime No.98 of 2017 registered under Section 41(1) Cr.P.C. for preparation to commit a cognizable offence.

Mr.G.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed the aforementioned averments.

In the light of the above-noted uncontroverted averments in the counter-affidavit, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
