The issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.12-10-2009 in W.P.No.12527 of 2006.

This is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 1st respondent or learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order and directing the respondents not to interfere with the legitimate activities of the petitioner in eking out his livelihood until and unless the petitioner violates the provisions of the A.P. Gaming Act, 1974. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
