This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.06.2017 in I.A.No.564 of 2016 in O.S.No.626 of 2012 on the file of the Court of III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to elicit about the rental deed dated 23.01.2003 when the first respondent examined herself as one of the witnesses in the main suit. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
