Sri P. Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the matter may be closed as it has become infructuous. Sri A. Ravi Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, the successor-in-interest of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation in the State of Telangana, also states so. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
