This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the representation dated 03-06-2019 submitted by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is filed before the XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri on 08-08-2019 and C.C. number is awaited. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. The concerned officer is directed to see that the C.C. is numbered. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
