Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 to A4 of C.C.No.1232 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ananthapuram, which is outcome of the report of the 2nd respondent registered as Crime No.393 of 2015 on the file of II Town Police Station, Ananthapuram, registered for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 506 IPC and from the police final report, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offences against the petitioners/accused and impugning the said cognizance order, the present petition is filed. 2.
Perused the grounds urged in the quash petition vis-à-vis the final report. The material is false from even for this Court to admit and dispose of the petition, but for liberty given to the petitioner to approach the trial court by filing discharge application under Section 239 Cr.P.C. with reference to the Part II case diary material available before the trial court. Needless to say, if at all any application filed on behalf of the petitioners/accused for one to represent the others, the learned Magistrate after hearing shall pass necessary orders permitting.

Accordingly and with the above observations, this criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
