O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that at the instance of private respondents 4 to 8, the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Vemulawada Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, is interfering with the civil dispute and with his life and liberty.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that as on date, no crime is registered against the petitioner, and the police are not interfering with the civil dispute, or with the life and liberty of the petitioner as alleged.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - police not to interfere with the civil dispute stated to be between the petitioner and private respondents 4 to 8, or with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
