At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the interim order granted was vacated by this Court long back, and as such, cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioners are always at liberty to avail remedies, if any, available under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
