This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 25.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.29 of 2017 in O.P.No.22 of 2017 on the file of Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the revision, both parties settled the matter outside the Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
