HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Transfer C.M.P.No.877 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.701 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XXV Additiional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any other Court.

The present petition is filed by the petitioners on the ground that the presiding officer has taken a negative view in the earlier suit filed by the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the presiding officer is going to retire on 28.02.2017.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.
