Sri M.R. Mohammad Irfan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the civil remedies available to the petitioner under law. Permission is granted, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that withdrawal of writ petition does not disentitle the petitioner to file objections, if any, with respect to the mutation proceedings pending

on behalf of the 5th respondent. As and when such objections are filed, the same shall be dealt in accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
