When the matter is called for reference to Lok-Adalat for settlement of the dispute, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous and there is no need for
reference to the Lok-Adalat.
2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
