In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.132 of 2009 of Tiruchanur PS, Chittoor District. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that Cr.No.132 of 2009 was referred as false after investigation. 3) In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
