THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21437 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus action of the respondents Dated:
17.01.2017 conducting Mediators Inspection/ Panchanama issued proceedings E.C.P.No. 5 of 2017 (6A Case) as illegal violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, representing the respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record. 3.
From very perusal of the prayer, it is the grievance of the petitioner that Section 6A of Essential Commodities Act proceedings are pending with the District Collector (CS) - 2nd respondent herein is not disposing of.

Having regard to the above, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said matter, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and the petitioner shall appear
before the District Collector (CS), pursuant to this order on 10.07.2017 and on such other dates being fixed for the said purpose.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
