Heard and perused the material record.

Leave about the other documents, the objections other than stamp duty and registration can be marked, subject to objection regarding proof, relevancy and admissibility, as laid down by the Apex Court in Bipin Shantilal Panchal v. State of Gujarat and another1, so far as the very cheque concerned, which is the document, on which the private complaint case sustains, if at all the original is supposed to be produced and marked, without which the trial Court cannot proceed with the case. 3.

With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
