Learned counsel for petitioner - accused No.1 submits that, while granting bail to the petitioner by this Court in Criminal Petition No.4179 of dated.12.5.2022, in sub-para No.1 of 5th paragraph it was mentioned as "Chief Metropolitan Magistrate" instead of XII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and prayed the court to amend the same. Heard and perused the order.

Hence, the Registry is directed to amend in sub-para No.1 of 5th paragraph as XII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad instead of "Chief Metropolitan Magistrate" and issue the amended copy, on payment of usual costs.
