There is nothing to interfere with the receiving of the documents concerned from the order of the trial Court impugned, but for to say any objections are left open to raise at the time of marking for the trial Court to consider from the principles laid down in the expression of the Apex Court in Bipin Shantilal Panchal v. State of Gujarat and another1.

With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
