This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.') seeking bail to petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in the event of their arrest in \ connection with Crime No.193 of 2022 on the file of Station House , Officer, Chandrayanagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 420, 468, 477, 385, 448 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short i.P.C). 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioners are upto seven years, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent-Police are directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh
Crl.Petition No.4O74 ol 2OZ2 Kumar v. State of Bihay'scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. 4.
Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed of. 5.
