As seen from the proceeding sheet-docket order dated: 12.3.2018, on that day learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 reported that the accused in C.C. No.1 of 2007 pending on the file VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, were discharged, as per orders dated: 03.10.2017. The same is recorded. However, since the petitioners and their Counsel were absent, to give an opportunity, posted to this day. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and there is no representation. 2.

The main Transfer Criminal Petition No.6 of 2008 is filed to transfer C.C.No.23 of 2007 on the file of VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad to the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad for trial and disposal to be tried along with C.C.No.1 of 2007, pending on the file VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad. That as per orders dated: 03.10.2017 all the petitioners A.2 to A.7 were discharged.

In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "For Dismissal", none appeared for the petitioners. Keeping in view Contd..P.2.
