The learned counsel for petitioner states that he has no instructions from the petitioner in the matter. Since the matter has been adjourned on two earlier occasions i.e. on 24-06-2015 and 30-06-2015 to inform this Court as to whether the cause in the Revision survives for adjudication or not, and since no information in that regard is being furnished to the Court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
