Order impugned is subsequent to the decision made by Agent to the Government, which is not under challenge. Petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy as available in law against the order passed by the Agent to the Government.

Granting such liberty, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. No costs.
