THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15697 OF 2019 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. The petitioners intend to conduct survey of land of an extent of Acs.6.10 cents in Survey No.105/2, situated in Kesavapuram village, Charla Mandalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. The petitioners claim to have submitted a representation on 18.02.2019 to the respondents to conduct survey. Alleging inaction on the said request, the present writ petition is filed.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that as per the procedure, whenever a person requests to conduct survey, he has to make an application in Form F-Line through online and only when such an application is made, the request would be considered.
4. Since the petitioners have not made the application as required, it cannot be said that the respondents are negligent in acting on the representation of the petitioners warranting interference and directing the respondents to act on the representation of the petitioners.

5. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application in Form F-Line requesting to conduct survey of the land. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J July 26, 2019 KTL
