There is no statement in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and there is also no material to show that any such partnership firm has been registered, for it to sue or to be sued. In that view of the matter, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
