This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 05.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.143 of 2016 in O.S.No.241 of 2008 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court at Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the trial Court disposed of the suit.

As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.241 of 2008 on 21.02.2017. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
