Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in the respective writ petitions and also the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents and perused the prayer in the respective writ petitions with the supporting affidavits and other material on record including the counter affidavits of the 4th respondent respectively.

Having heard for a considerable period of time in all the three matters involving common issue, the Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent-authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
