THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.5OO6 OF 2O2O ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.237 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangoan. 2.

Heard Mr.Akhil, learned counsel representing Mr.Nandigam Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, would submit that C.C.No.237 of 2016 has been disposed of vide judgment dated 25.10.2023 before the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Juvenile Court), Jangaon and case has ended up in acquittal upon due contest. Therefore, he would submit that no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition and seeks to dismiss the Crimina'l Petition as infructuous.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor concedes to the said request.

Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon perusing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
