This petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the order dated 19.06.2015 passed in E.P.No.103 of 2014 in O.S.No.146 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed letter in the Registry requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal' and he made a submission before the court today to that effect. Permission accorded.

In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
