HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.826 of 2019 O R D E R :

Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the lower appellate Court by mentioning and enclosing a copy of the Award dt.10.12.2016 in P.L.C.No.3 of 2016 passed by the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Malkajgiri, Medchal District, in Lok Adalat. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
