This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ decree holder, challenging the docket order, dated 09.07.2019, passed in E.A.No.15 of 2019 in E.P.No.15 of 2019 in O.S.No.94 of 2012, by the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Madhira.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ decree holder and perused the record.

Having argued for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ decree holder submitted that if a direction is given to the Court below to dispose of E.A.No.15 of 2019 expeditiously, that would meet the ends of justice.

Under these circumstances, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Madhira is directed to dispose of E.A.No.15 of 2019 in E.P.No.15 of 2019 in O.S.No.94 of 2012, pending on its file, expeditiously.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
