This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner and not allowing her to appear for the PGMET-2013-14.

It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University that, in view of the subsequent developments, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
