This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 11.07.2013, of the learned IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.383 of 2013 in O.S.No.463 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the suit itself was disposed of on 21.03.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
