THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.8526 of 2005 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Srinivas Chitturu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that since the petitioner has subsequently assigned the debt to an Asset Reconstruction Company, they are no longer interested in prosecuting this litigation.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
